Unit 6.5: problem running lightning/conda dl-fundamentals?

I’m trying to follow along with unit 6.5 but getting an error running lightning from the command line. I get the error: ImportError: cannot import name ‘ModelMetaclass’ from ‘pydantic.main’.

Perhaps my conda environment isnt’ quite set up correctly. Could someone please help with how to set up the conda “dl-fundamendals.”
