Didn’t get any verification mail

Hello, I’m a new user here. I did not receive any mail regarding authentication, thus I also didn’t get any free credits. Can anyone help me on this?

I’m also new, it has been 7 day still email not verified and no credit in account.

Same here, its been months - no verification email. I can login but no free credits and hence cannot use it. When will this be resolved?
